Currently, He is responsible for all the Operational and Administrative functions in all the four cities. He also supports CEO in developing long term strategies. He looks after the Public Relations and CSR Partners. Ayoob believes, “Education helps increase a child’s creativity through which they enjoy the process of studying.”

Chief Program Officer

Priya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Amrita University, Coimbatore. She is specialised in Child Rights and Child Protection. She has worked on UNICEF, Tamilnadu Projects. With an ignited passion in Social Work, she worked for the upliftment of the war affected population of Srilanka. Currently, she looks after the overall program implementation. She is also responsible for developing communication channels and campaigns. She supervises the daily operations of Teach For Change and works closely with the CEO and COO in developing the long term strategies. Priya believes that “Children must be taught how to think instead of what to think.”

Md. Ishtiyaque Bahram

Md. Ishtiyaque Bahram

Head of Operations

Ishtiyaque holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He began his career in 2013 in the non-profit sector spurred on by his strong faith in society as a powerful influencer. Currently, he looks after the Operations of Teach for Change in Hyderabad City and is also responsible for Project Management and Implementation of Programs. He works closely with all the team members, to ensure streamlined work processes. He monitors the volunteer database system, reviews and updates the volunteer manual and policy. Ishtiyaque believes, “Education is the way to knowledge, Learning is the way to happiness.”.

Pujith Uthappa

Pujith Uthappa

Head of Communications & Strategic Partnership

Pujith holds a Master’s Degree in International Journalism from Brunel University, London. She heads Strategic Partnerships. She is responsible for developing partnerships and media content. She helps in conceptualizing Teach For Change’s Outreach Events and Campaigns. Pujith believes, “Education promotes the rights of women and children in society.”

Akshat Saraf

Akshat Saraf

Head of Innovation

Akshat Saraf holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Indiana University, USA. Akshat strongly believes in the cause of child empowerment and education. He has been involved in the cause since a young age, volunteering at Naandi foundation for several years in high school. In college, he was the founder/president of the UNICEF club at Indiana University. Additionally, he also spearheaded two annual fundraising events with his fraternity called the “TKE Toy Drive” that involved buying and donating toys to the unwell children at The Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital in Indiana. He is also a competitive martial artist and holds black belts certifications in karate and kickboxing. Currently, he is the COO of Radha Smelters Pvt. Ltd., and Managing Partner at his new venture – Akshat Events EXCL. He heads Innovation at Teach For Change.

Sangeetha is an alumnus of Indian School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. She is the founder of Smile School which works on Remedial Education. She heads the Research and Development Division. She is responsible for developing the curriculums and modules of the Teach For Change English Learning Program.

Deepak Nadh

Creative Head

Deepak holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He manages the creative division and is responsible for developing communication and visual media materials. He thinks Visuals in line with the Teach For Change’s Vision. Deepak believes, “Education is what gives us knowledge about the world around us and helps us make it better.”

Head, Rural Teacher Program

Vinay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Currently, he heads the Rural Teacher Program and also looks after the Operations of Teach for Change in Vijayawada City. He is responsible for the implementation of the Teach for Change’s flagship programmes in schools. He coordinates with volunteers and school authorities for the same. Vinay believes, “Education helps children develop a unique perspective in life.”

Mubeen Shaukat Shaikh

Mubeen Shaukat Shaikh

Head, Digital Literacy Program

Mubeen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College – University of Pune – Maharashtra. He hails from Solapur, a developing city in Maharashtra. Coming from an educated family, he knows the importance of education and can relate to the problems faced b our Indian Society in terms of Education. He has 4 years of experience in diverse fields – 3 years in the field of Customer Service and Retail Sales and 1 year in the field of Information Technology with Deloitte. Though he worked with a Big Four organisation like Deloitte Consulting in Hyderabad, his urge to serve the nation and to bring equality in the lives made him to change the path. Currently, he heads the Digital Literacy Program. Mubeen says “Children are the ultimate source of our development – teach them, educate them and let them grow.”

Dileep holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Currently, he looks after the Operations of Teach for Change in Vizag City. He is responsible for the implementation of the Teach for Change’s flagship programmes in schools. He coordinates with volunteers and school authorities for the same. Head, Selection

Dr. Prajwala holds an MBBS degree. She is a consultant Cosmetologist with over five years of experience. She believes in giving children the freedom to be out and about and enabling them to find new possibilities. Being a doctor, she has been devoting her time to Teach For Change since three years. Currently, she coordinates all the programs and campaigns at Teach For Change. She oversees the Implementation of Volunteer Programs and Heads the Selection Process. Dr. Prajwala believes, “Education is the best gift a child can get as it opens their eyes to a whole new world.”

Srinivas holds a Master’s degree in English Literature. Srinivas heads the training division at Teach for Change. He is a highly qualified educator with over 14 years of rich experience in teaching the requisite material for TOEFL, IELTS, and GRE. He is well-versed in imparting soft skills and providing training for improved verbal skills. At Teach for Change, his endeavour is to adopt and implement the most effective and innovative training methods for a visible improvement in the children’s English speaking skills.
