Smart Classroom Initiative

Teach for Change (TFC) transforms government schools with smart classrooms, enhancing infrastructure, empowering teachers, and improving student learning outcomes. Operating across 254 smart classrooms in 11 districts and 3 states, we impact 44,000 students through digital tools, structured curriculum, teacher training, and community engagement.

TFC upgrades classrooms with doodlewall paintings, collaborative seating, and SmartTVs for interactive learning. Our level-based English literacy program builds foundational, skill-based, and advanced reading comprehension. Teachers receive synchronous and asynchronous training, ensuring effective classroom implementation.

Student progress is tracked through baseline, midline, and endline assessments. We engage parents via the Language Light Festival and collaborate with headmasters for data-driven improvements. Dedicated field officers conduct regular check-ins, ensuring seamless execution.

Aligned with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, and NIPUN Bharat, TFC promotes digital learning, foundational literacy, and 21st-century skills. Our impact data shows significant improvement in reading, with Grade 3 students demonstrating the highest growth.
